BlueSky Room’s video conferencing facilities allow you to collaborate with your customers or colleagues at one or more remote locations. Our Tandberg 880 Video Conferencing unit allows you to connect up to 4 other video conferencing sites. Video bandwidths of up to 384 kbps are possible. Our system also allows you to display presentations or transmit video from our recording cameras to your remote participants.
Record your event using our two wall-mounted Sony BCR-300 video recording cameras controlled by joystick. These cameras allow you to view the activity in the main room from two different camera angles and record video from either camera. Video is recording using Pinnacle Studio 10, with raw video available in either AVI or MPEG format. Our maximum video resolution for MPEG2 format is 720 x 480 pixels at 6000 kbps and for AVI format is 720 x 480 pixels at 30 fps. Both formats support 16-bit 48kHz stereo sound. BlueSky Room provides you with one copy of your (unedited) video on DVD at the end of your event. Additional copies are provided for a fee.
You can display your presentations from your laptop using our InFocus LP70 portable projector and screen (56”H x 56”W) or wall-mounted Samsung BE32PS 32” LCD TV. Audio from your presentation can be broadcast through our overhead speakers. Both the television and speakers are controlled by wireless remote.
We provide both wired and wireless access to the Internet during your stay. Wireless access is provided through a Netgear wireless router and which supports 802.11b/g. Wired access is provided at 10 or 100 Mbps over standard Ethernet connections.
